Once the deposit (or full payment) is made, we then begin arranging your hire package and insurance. Unfortunately we can’t begin this process until a deposit has been received.
As insurance security you will be asked to leave a security deposit of £1000, this money will be ring fenced as a pre-authorised transaction and will not leave your account unless accident or damage has occurred. This acts as an insurance excess during your hire and will be cancelled, once the vehicle is returned clean and undamaged as described as per our T&C’s. In the event of an insurance claim the cost of the damage or claim will be deducted from your deposit.
The minimum rental period is 2 nights (our Get Up & Go package). Shorter breaks may be available as last minute deals.
On your day of collection you can collect from 10am onwards and must be returned by 3pm on the last day of hire so we can prepare them for the next customer.
If this doesn’t suit your holiday needs please contact us and we will try to assist you with any special requests or extras
We pride ourselves on the spec and quality of our motorhome and feel that you won’t be disappointed when you finally see the motorhome however due to COVID-19 we can no longer offer viewings at the current time as we would have to clean and sanitise the vehicle after each viewing which costs us time and money. We would recommend that you use the onboard tank for washing, showering and the toilet flush rather than for drinking. We do sterilise the tank at regular intervals and it is generally filled on sites where drinking water is provided so should be fine but as we we cannot guarantee where the previous customer filled up we’d recommed you use the large fridge or garage space to carry bottled drinking water
Please be considerate when parking the motorhome and remember that parking overnight at the side of the road is not permitted in England. Scotland however, allows wild-camping particularly in the Highlands and Islands.
It’s best to book campsites in advance, particularly in high season to avoid disappointment. We provide a Privilege Card for the Camping and Caravanning Club free with every hire, which gives you member rates at over 120 award winning UK and Northern Ireland campsites.
Where possible, hard standing pitches are the most desirable as they make parking easy. Onboard in the garage area located at the rear you will find 2 levelling blocks (These look like ramps) levelling blocks are used to level out the motorhome. In order to check the motorhome is level fill up the sink and drain away. If it drains empty then you are level if water remains a certain location then use the ramps to level up. Check the facilities available with the campsite, and whether there is mains power. Also remember to ask what facilities are close to your pitch, such as a children’s play area.

Once everyone and the vehicle is safe, remove the SD card from the dashcam as this will help you explain how the accident occurred and can prove the other drivers are at fault. Remember, failure to provide Off The Beaten Track with this SD card will render you totally liable for all costs associated with the accident or incident.
Once everyone is safe, please complete the accident form provided in the customer guide in the vehicle
